TSG Hoffenheim and Hammarby IF has agreed for transferring Jiloan Hamad, who had contract with German club until summer 2017. Swedish midifield did not play for Hoffenheim this season and could not convince Julian Nagelsmann Hoffenheim head coach, so decided to return to his country. His new contract is until summer 2019.
