Apparently Benjamin Henrichs might be Philipp Lahm’s successor at FC Bayern, according to sport1.de. It was just on Sunday that Philipp Lahm made it clear, that he is not playing in his final season with Bayern Munich.
Lahm, 33, suggested in November that he could retire at the end of the current season- a year ahead of his original plan.

However, reportedly FC Bayern München want to sign him this summer, although his agent has other ideas. "The next step must be in the right time," Henrichs’s agent, Ali Bulut, told kicker "Benny will must play his first full Bundesliga season and then we discuss it again."
The 19-year-old has led this season as a regular at the Werkself and now is during his first winter training camp in Orlando with his teammates. The Ghana origin German player, who can also play on either wing, has 14 appearance in bundesliga and also made 6 appearances in Champions league this season, is still under contract in Bayer 04 Leverkusen until 2020. However Rudi Völler’s worst relationship with Bayern official’s that deal won’t be foreseeable, at least not anytime soon!
